In 2019 the worst happened. For completely understandable reasons, Fraser decided to retire THE MURDERBURGERS, leaving a burger-shaped hole in our collective hearts. Luckily WRONG LIFE came along and helped us heal, but after the odd one-off charity gig, I know many of us hoped for something new under the Murderburgers moniker. And, while Morgan Freeman may have told us in the Shawshank Redemption that hope is a dangerous thing, I for one never stopped believing and today that hope has paid off. Paid off in the form of a new 2 track 7” from the Murderburgers. Classic burger goodness with Wolfmask art and everything we know and love firmly in place.
The band are also starting a massive tour where this 7” will be very much for sale. If you’re going to see them (and you should), you can buy a copy from them. If you’re not going, or you just prefer not to carry records home from gigs, Brassneck has got you covered for your UK/Euro needs. And if you’re in the US of America, you can get your burger fix from the wonderful people at Anxious & Angry.”
